Senior Technical Support at Greenhouse

Ben Hines has a diverse work experience. Ben started their career at River City Foods as a Server/Customer Service representative. Then, in 2019, they joined PaySimple as a Customer Care Professional, where they handled inbound customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat, and acted as a mediator between merchants and processing companies. Currently, Ben is working at Greenhouse Software as a Customer Support Specialist, starting in February 2021.

Ben Hines attended the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music.
