Solutions Architect, Professional Services at Greenhouse

Brian Roche has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brian began their career as a Biology Course Teaching Assistant at NCSU Biology Department in 2011. Brian then worked as an Outdoor Trip Leader at NCSU Outdoor Adventures from 2010 to 2012, planning and leading outdoor recreation trips for students.

Brian then transitioned to the field of engineering and surveying, working as a CAD Draftsman at GSC Surveying from 2013 to 2014, where they created 3D models of various projects. Brian also worked at PIX4BIZ in 2014, engaging with clients and creating virtual tours for business promotion.

In 2014, Brian joined Tesla Motors as an Owner Advisor, overseeing store operations and conducting product demonstrations. Brian later joined Wake Technical Community College in 2015 as a Model 3D Grant Coordinator. In this role, they managed a grant and incorporated 3D printing and modeling technology into the curriculum.

Brian then entered the software industry, starting as a Professional Services Consultant at Pendo.io in 2017. Brian onboarded new customers and provided training on Pendo's products. Brian later took on multiple roles at Pendo.io, including Mid Market CSM and Associate Customer Success Manager.

In 2020, Brian joined CloudFactory as a Professional Services Engineer, working with sales and customer success teams to meet client technical needs. Brian then moved to Procore Technologies in 2021 as a Solutions Architect, responsible for project management and integration activities for customers.

Currently, Brian is working at Greenhouse Software as a Solutions Architect in the Professional Services department.

Brian Roche's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture Science with a concentration in Landscape Design from North Carolina State University. Brian also attended North Cross School for their high school education. In addition, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Analytics from Wake Technical Community College. Brian has also obtained a certification as a Procore Certified Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies, which was obtained in July 2021.
