Erika Phyall

Erika Phyall has a diverse work experience in various marketing and program management roles. Erika is currently working as a Partner Marketing Manager II at Greenhouse Software, where they help businesses improve their hiring processes through software and services. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner Marketing Manager at Authority Brands, where they supported the execution of partner marketing plans and provided marketing support for B2B brands.

Earlier in their career, Erika worked as a Global Manager, Partner Programs and Engagement at WorldAware, where they managed partner programs. Erika also has experience as a Community Relations Manager at Community Youth Advance, where they cultivated relationships with community collaborators, managed marketing and outreach functions, and oversaw fundraising events.

Additionally, Erika worked at 2U, starting as an Inbound Marketing Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of Graduate Admissions Counselor. In these roles, they provided admissions support to prospective students, conducted follow-up activities, and managed students while utilizing a sales force database.

Erika Phyall attended Newbold College and studied Marketing. Erika later enrolled at Oakwood University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
