Federico Amoruso started their work experience in 2007 as a Barista at 089 Bar. Federico then worked as a Stagehand and later as a Crew Manager at 5150 Productions Music Agency from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they also worked as a Crew Manager at Working Crew. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Italian Quality Coach and Technical Support Agent for Microsoft Surface at Convergys. Amoruso then joined Accenture in 2015 and held various roles including Google Media Campaign Manager, Senior Campaign Manager, and QA & Training Lead until 2018. Federico then worked at Indeed.com as a Client Success Specialist from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Greenhouse Software since 2022.
