Jaclyn Kerschner began their work experience in 2010 as a Designer at American Express, where they were involved in new e-commerce initiatives and strategic planning. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Web Designer at West Elm, leading the concept and development of seasonal assets and collaborating with various teams. In 2014, they became a UX/UI Designer at Loverly, where they led the strategy for new product features and redesigned the website. Jaclyn then joined Handy HQ in 2015 as a Product Designer, leading the design of the Handy professional app and redesigning the on-the-job flow. In 2017, they became a Senior Product Designer at Starry, Inc., responsible for designing both hardware and software digital experiences and creating internal tools. Finally, in 2018, they joined Greenhouse Software, working their way up from Senior Product Designer to Manager and then Director of Product Design.
