Jacob Price has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Greenhouse Software since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Customer Success at Interseller from December 2021 to November 2022. At Interseller, Jacob held various positions, including Director of Customer Success, Lead Account Manager, and Head of Business Development. Jacob was responsible for creating and refining onboarding processes, managing top customers, and implementing strategies to improve metrics such as churn and net MRR. Jacob Price attended Watchung Hills Regional High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they enrolled at Brown University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math/Economics - Advanced Economics from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Jacob pursued a Masters degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at Brown University from 2013 to 2014.
