Jose Benavides has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jose began their career at Apple in 2017, where they worked as a Technical Specialist and later as a Technical Expert. In 2019, they joined Compass as an IT Specialist and subsequently moved up to become a Customer Experience Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Associate Regional Manager, overseeing customer experience operations. Currently, they work as a Team Manager of Customer Success at Greenhouse Software, a position they started in 2022.

Jose Benavides completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision & Management from Florida SouthWestern State College from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree from the same institution from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in June 2022, "Jamf Certified Associate" from Jamf in October 2019, and "Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT)" from Apple in March 2018.
