Joseph Toler

Joseph Toler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joseph started their career at Time Warner Cable as a Sales & Retention Specialist from December 2007 to April 2009. Joseph then transitioned to the role of Regional Account Executive at Time Warner Cable from April 2009 to September 2013.

In 2018, Joseph worked as a National Account Executive II at Bandwidth Inc. for a year. Joseph then joined Pendo.io in June 2019 as an Account Executive, where they stayed until May 2020. During their time at Pendo.io, they also served as Co-Chair | MOSAIC Affinity Group from January 2020 to May 2021 and as a Customer Success Manager, Commercial from May 2020 to May 2021.

In 2016, Joseph ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner/Principle of The Carolina Home Rehab Project L.L.C, a role that they currently hold.

Their most recent position is at Greenhouse Software, where they started in July 2021 as a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise. Joseph has since been promoted to the role of Enterprise Account Director in August 2022.

Throughout their career, Joseph has gained expertise in account management, customer success, sales, and entrepreneurship, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in various professional settings.

Joseph Toler attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications including Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io in December 2019, and the Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (NAPSRx) in October 2014.
