Juliana M. has a diverse work experience in the technology and software industry. Juliana started their career at SAP as an Account Manager, where they focused on renewing software maintenance contracts and achieving revenue targets. Juliana then joined Google as a Local Data Evaluator, responsible for evaluating data accuracy in business listings. Juliana later transitioned to the role of Policy and Quality Lead, managing the development and dissemination of global policies and ensuring consistent application across EMEA markets.

After their time at Google, Juliana joined LinkedIn, where they held multiple roles. Juliana began as an Enterprise Support Specialist before moving to the position of Onboarding & Engagement Specialist, where they facilitated training and webinars for Talent Solutions customers. Juliana then became a Customer Success Manager for the UK/Ireland SMB & Enterprise segment, supporting clients in improving their recruitment strategies. Juliana eventually took on the role of Senior Implementation Consultant, where they provided project and change management for strategic enterprise customers.

Currently, Juliana is working at Greenhouse Software as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Their responsibilities include ensuring successful implementation of solutions for enterprise customers and supporting them in achieving their recruitment goals.

Juliana M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Griffith College Dublin from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Griffith College Dublin from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business. In 2006 to 2007, Juliana attended Des Moines Area Community College, majoring in Liberal Arts. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications including the Prince2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PeopleCert in February 2018, Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in January 2018, and the LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from LinkedIn in March 2015.
