Karen Calderon started their work experience as a Marketing Administrative Assistant at Toyota in 2011. Karen then worked as a Sales Service and Key Account Manager at Smurfit Kappa from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they became a Senior International Sales and Marketing Executive at SEDA College, where they achieved success by introducing and placing the college in the Mexican market through strategic alliances and various marketing strategies. In 2018, they gained experience as a Digital Marketing and Sales Intern at Veri. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Business Development Representative at Sojern, specializing in helping small and medium hoteliers with their marketing needs. Karen then joined Google, first as an Account Executive for Iberia and South Africa from 2020 to 2021, and then as an Account Manager for the SEEMEA Region in 2021. At Google, they mentored new team members, implemented Salesloft for the Sales team, and developed strong business relationships with customers and partners. Currently, Karen Calderon is working as an SMB Account Manager at Greenhouse Software, where they partner with customers for commercial conversations and ensures their recruitment goals are aligned with the products provided.

Karen Calderon completed a Continuing Professional Development Certificate in Apps Development & Innovation in 2018 from Technological University Dublin. Karen then pursued an Honours Master of Science in Digital Marketing from Technological University Dublin from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, Karen obtained a Diploma in the Foundational Leadership Program from CJX-U. Prior to these certifications, they earned a Bachelor of International Business in International Business from Universidad de Guadalajara from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Karen has obtained various certifications such as Partner Sales Manager Onboarding from Google, Key Account Management from LinkedIn, Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and several other certifications in sales, interviews, managing energy, teamwork, stress management, inbound marketing, and advanced Google Analytics.
