Ken Kamana

Sales Development Representative at Greenhouse

Ken Kamana has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ken started their career in 2012 as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing, where they conducted door-to-door sales and implemented strategies to increase sales and profit margins. In 2013, they joined MarketSource Inc. as a Retail Wireless Consultant, educating consumers on electronics and cellular accessories and helping them choose the right service plans. Ken quickly advanced to become a Team Lead, training new associates and developing managers. In 2014, they transitioned to become an HP Sales Representative, traveling to multiple accounts and training retail sales associates. From 2015 to 2018, Ken worked at MarketSource Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing candidate administration and establishing relationships with hiring managers.

In 2018, Ken joined Rubicon Global as an Account Executive, where they performed cold outreach and developed email campaigns to convert prospective clients. Ken successfully contacted and qualified leads and contributed to increasing lead interest in the company's product.

In 2020, Ken joined NPHub, initially as an Onboarding Specialist, responsible for facilitating the onboarding process. Ken then took on the role of Recruiter, conducting searches for qualified candidates and maintaining applicant and offer activity. Ken eventually advanced to become a Senior Recruiter.

Most recently, Ken Kamana joined Amazon in 2022 as a Technical Sourcer, responsible for sourcing qualified candidates according to job criteria and maintaining relationships with hiring managers. Currently, they are working at Greenhouse Software as a Sales Development Representative.

Ken Kamana holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Georgia State University. Ken also pursued a minor in Speech Communication and Rhetoric at the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Ken obtained a certification in Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis from LinkedIn in June 2017.
