Minji Lew

Minji Lew has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Minji currently serves as the Director of People Development at Greenhouse Software, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Minji worked as a Leadership & Transition Coach at their own coaching and career planning business since September 2020.

From November 2021 to March 2023, Minji held two roles at hims & hers, serving as a Senior Manager of Talent Development and earlier as a Learning Partner.

Before that, Minji was the Manager of Learning and Development at Curology from October 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they led the design of the Learning & Development Framework and was responsible for curriculum design and facilitation for the Manager Development Program. Minji also played a crucial role in creating the company's core and functional competencies. Prior to their managerial position at Curology, they worked as an HR Consultant from March to October 2020.
