Rachel Allred

Rachel Allred has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel is currently working as a Workplace Operations Manager at Greenhouse Software, where they oversee the organization's real estate strategy, lease negotiations, and vendor relationships. Rachel also manages a team of office coordinators and supports in-office events and onboarding programs.

Prior to that, Rachel worked at Criteo in multiple roles. As a Workplace Operations Manager, Americas, they directed operations for 9 offices and provided management and mentorship to direct reports. Rachel also managed budgets and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Rachel also served as a Workplace Manager, overseeing daily operations for multiple offices, managing vendors and inventory, and organizing events and cultural initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Workplace Experience Associate, coordinating events and leading committees for charity events.

Rachel has also gained experience in social media coordination at Founders and Followers, work study at 305 Fitness, and as a production intern at Navia Vision. Rachel has served as an English tutor, brand ambassador at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, and as a conference planner for Western States Communication Association.

Rachel Allred completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Art/Art Studies from Snow College in the years 2013 to 2014. Rachel then pursued a Bachelors of Communication degree in Communication, General from the University of Utah from 2015 to 2017. In 2019 to 2020, Rachel obtained a Fashion Industry Essentials Certificate from the Parsons School of Design - The New School. Rachel also completed 12 credits towards a Masters Degree in Social Work from the Fordham Graduate School of Social Service in 2021. Additionally, Rachel Allred obtained the Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials certification from Yellowbrick.co in April 2020.
