Rahul Verma

Rahul Verma has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. Rahul is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Greenhouse Software since September 2022. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at Sonder Inc. starting from November 2021 to June 2022, where they not only took on leadership responsibilities but also established the culture and engineering qualities at the company. At Sonder Inc., they also served as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Sonder Inc., Rahul worked at TribalScale as an Agile Software Engineer from November 2018 to September 2019. During their time there, they created various iOS and Android apps while utilizing technologies such as Swift, React Native, Firebase, and SonarQube.

Before TribalScale, Rahul worked at Pivotal Software, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from August 2018 to November 2018, where they developed products for clients and maintained high coding and architectural standards. Rahul also served as a Software Engineer at Pivotal Software, Inc. from August 2016 to August 2018 and created front-end iOS and web products for clients such as Uber, NFL, Ford, and Allstate.

Rahul began their career at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer in May 2015. Rahul played a role in determining merchants' eligibility to sell on Amazon and created an architecture for handling outgoing notifications.

Prior to Amazon, Rahul worked as a Software and Infotainment Engineer at General Motors from September 2014 to April 2015, where they created proofs for vehicle interfaces and executed tests on hybrid electric vehicles.

Rahul also served as an Agile Software Engineer at Pivotal Labs from May 2014 to August 2014 and as a Vice Chair and Social Director at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Club at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2014.
