Steve Freund is the current Manager of Enterprise Account Management at Greenhouse. Steve has over two years of experience in customer success, specifically in developing strategy, managing outcomes, and executing roadmaps. Additionally, they have led full SaaS customer lifecycles, ICP development, partner management and development, professional services and service delivery, account management, customer support, product development feedback loops, and CS operations. Before joining Greenhouse, Steve spent time at Mighty and Qualaroo as the Director of Customer Success where they were responsible for forming, hiring, and developing the initial strategy for the SaaS Customer Success function. At Mighty, they focused on operations, automation, and a 1:many strategy for SMB + MM accounts and delivered a high-touch CSM model for Enterprise accounts.
Steve Freund began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture Studies - French from Stockton University. Steve then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School. Finally, they obtained a certification from Prosci in Prosci Adkar Certified.
