Steve Freund is the current Manager of Enterprise Account Management at Greenhouse. Steve has over two years of experience in customer success, specifically in developing strategy, managing outcomes, and executing roadmaps. At Mighty, they focused on operations, automation, and a 1:many strategy for SMB + MM accounts and delivered a high-touch CSM model for Enterprise accounts.

Steve Freund began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Culture Studies - French from Stockton University. Steve then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School. Finally, they obtained a certification from Prosci in Prosci Adkar Certified.
