Weston Smith

Weston Smith has over 10 years of work experience in various roles within the creative services, marketing, sales enablement, and instructional design fields. In 2013, they started as an Instructional Design Consultant at Addiction Consulting and Training Associates LLC and continued in that role until 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they also worked as an Instructional Design Consultant at JPW Consulting. In 2017, they joined Associa as a Learning Consultant and remained in that position until 2019. At Equifax, they held multiple roles including Instructional Design Consultant from 2019 to 2020, Sales Enablement Consultant from 2020 to 2022, Portfolio Marketing Specialist from 2022 to 2022, and Creative Services Specialist from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working at Greenhouse Software as a Senior Manager of People Creative Services, starting in February 2023.

Weston Smith obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008. Weston then pursued a Master of Curriculum and Instruction from Radford University between 2010 and 2011. Recently, from 2015 to 2017, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Teaching, Training, and Educational Technology from North Carolina State University.
