- Assistant Manager at Deep Rooted.Co from March 2022 to July 2022, where they handled D2C operations, ensured customer order fulfillment, managed inventory, and planned the delivery process.

- Cluster Head at Ninjacart from July 2019 to May 2022, where they led sales in APMC markets, supported farmers and mandi businesses, provided trade finance loans, and managed operations for E-commerce FCs.

- Team Lead at Ninjacart from December 2020 to June 2021, where they led a team for E-commerce FC operations and ensured on-time deliveries and customer service.

Pradeep Kumar completed their education from 2015 to 2019 at the Oxford College of Engineering in Bangalore. Pradeep obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of study of automobile. In August 2022, they also received a certification as a District Resource Person from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
