Makoto Ono is currently the GLP Quality Assurance Manager at GreenLight Biosciences. Prior to this, they held positions such as Sr. Manager, Global Food Safety and Quality at Mori and Head of QA/QC at Indigo. With extensive experience at Syngenta, where they served as an Operational Excellence Coach and Seed Regulatory Affairs Manager - Global, Makoto Ono has a background in enzyme research, expression profiling, and DNA sequencing. They hold a Master of Science in Agronomy and Crop Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Industrial Chemistry) from Konan University.
