The Product Manager is focused on the development and identification of product requirements based on internal and external client feedback as well as through direct observation and assessment of industry trends and on the quality, design, experience, and value of current products in the market as well as the next product in development. As part of the Product team, you will be responsible for the success of our products across each of Greenlight’s platforms. You will work with development teams and customer-facing groups to execute new releases improving our products. As a Product Manager, you will also work with customers and internal teams to find the best approach to sell, implement, and position our products!

Your contributions and responsibilities: 

  • Experience in SaaS product lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated focus on customer value and a deep commitment to creating products that deliver delightful user experiences.
  • Strong product sense and ability to validate hypothesis through data and experimentation
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Ability to make quick decisions while working independently
  • Understands how to determine the ROI for features/releases
  • Technical aptitude in articulating vision, detailed product requirements necessary to design and build software products 
  • Proven ability to communicate crisply and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, is a strong negotiator and facilitator, and has excellent written and oral communication skills 

Your ideal qualifications: 

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management 
  • Must have proven experience with enterprise platform software 
  • Implementation experience with B2B software, enterprise preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program of study or equivalent work experience is required

The base salary range for this role is $105,000- $135,000 based in the United States OR Canada.  Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.  Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
