Francesca Cruz

Francesca Cruz has held key leadership roles in various companies, including Greenlight Guru, IZEA, TapInfluence, and SolarWinds. With an extensive background in customer success, sales, and SaaS, Francesca is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at Greenlight Guru. Prior to their current position, Francesca worked as the SVP of SaaS at IZEA and held multiple VP roles in customer success and sales. Francesca's career also includes experience in sales development at SolarWinds, where Francesca started as an Associate Sales Development Representative and worked their way up to Director level. Additionally, Francesca was a Fulbright Scholar at The U.S.-Italy Fulbright Commission. Francesca received their education from Duke University and Boston Latin School.
