Zach Keen is a professional with a diverse background in customer experience management and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience at GreenSky® since March 2021, Zach has previously held roles as a Senior Analyst and Business Process Engineer within the same organization. Prior experience includes co-ownership of Keen Living LLC from May 2019 to February 2022, and an industrial engineer position at Shaw Industries from January 2018 to May 2019. Zach began a career in engineering as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Savannah River Remediation in mid-2017 and gained early project management experience as a Co-Op at McKenney's, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2015. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned from 2012 to 2017.
