Andy Kudwa

Andy Kudwa has over 19 years of work experience. Andy is currently the VP of Learning and Organizational Development at GreenStone Farm Credit Services since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Learning and Development Manager at the same company from April 2017 to March 2019. Before that, they served as the Senior Learning and Development Specialist from July 2014 to March 2017. Andy also worked as a Senior Financial Services Officer from March 2013 to June 2014, and as a Secondary Market Residential Loans Product Specialist from March 2012 to March 2014. Andy started their career at GreenStone as a Financial Services Officer in August 2004 and held the position until February 2013. Prior to joining GreenStone, Andy worked as a Credit Analyst from July 2003 to August 2004. Before that, they worked as an Advertising Sales Account Executive at Western Michigan University from April 2002 to May 2003. Andy's work experience also includes a role as a Regional R&D Assistant Scientist Intern at BASF Crop Protection, USA from May 2000 to August 2002. Andy Kudwa completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Banking and Corporate Finance from Western Michigan University from 1999 to 2003. Andy then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Eastern Michigan University from 2011 to 2014.
