Ralph de Dios is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in mine engineering and planning. Currently serving as a Senior Mine Engineer at Greenstone Gold Mines since November 2022, Ralph previously held various roles at B2Gold Corp. from May 2011 to July 2022, including Mining Superintendent and Senior Mining Engineer. Expertise encompasses mine planning, drill and blast design, production scheduling, block modeling, costing, and reporting. Ralph holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology, completed in 2011.
