Jennifer Schoenherr

Jennifer Schoenherr has over 24 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer began their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Generalist at Standard Products Corporation. In 1998, they moved to Kiekert AG as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed and resolved complex employee relations issues. In 2002, they became an Executive Compensation Analyst at Comerica, where they administered compensation programs. In 2003, they took on the role of Manager of Organizational Development at Robert Bosch LLC, where they were responsible for talent assessment and development for 13,000 associates in North America. From 2009 to 2020, they held several roles at First Solar, including Director of Global Organizational Development, Talent Management & Learning and Sr. Manager of Global Organizational Development. Most recently, they have been the Chief Human Resources Officer at GreenStruxure since 2020, where they are responsible for the “People Strategy”, including talent management and development, employee retention and growth.

Jennifer Schoenherr received their MBA from Lawrence Technological University in 2001, with a focus on Business. Prior to that, they earned their BBA from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 1995, also with a focus on Business.
