Patricia Sayegh

Patricia S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Patricia currently holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at GreenStruxure, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as General Counsel at LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. from February 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they worked at NEC Energy Solutions as Deputy General Counsel from August 2020 to February 2022, and as Associate General Counsel from April 2018 to August 2020. Patricia also gained experience at Doosan Fuel Cell America, Inc., where they served as Associate General Counsel from April 2017 to April 2018, and as Legal Counsel from August 2015 to July 2017. Patricia began their legal career at TimePayment, where they worked as Counsel & Supervisor of Legal Resolutions from January 2012 to August 2015. Patricia's earlier professional roles include a judicial internship at Middlesex Probate and Family Court in 2011 and a legal internship at the City of Somerville in 2010. Patricia also worked as a reporter at Boonville Daily News / Gatehouse Media from January 2008 to July 2008 and as an office manager and proofreader at Poe & Company Court Reporting from October 2006 to July 2008.

Patricia S. received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Texas State University in 2005. Patricia then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at New England Law | Boston from 2008 to 2011.
