Talitha Kay

Talitha joined the Greenwood Genetic Center in 2014 as an HR Generalist. She received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Lander University in 2014.

During her time at the Center, she has played an instrumental role in modernizing payroll and benefits processes, creating a digital footprint, onboarding, and educating new employees. Talitha possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including time-attendance and pay processes, benefits management, recruitment, employee relations, and change management.

She has served on the board of the Piedmont Area Human Resource Association (PAHRA), a local SHRM chapter, since 2019, currently serving as the President.
