Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton's work experience begins in 1990 at Illinois State University, where they worked as the Assistant to the Vice President of Academic Instruction and later as the Director of the Academic Advisement Center. Brian then moved on to State Farm Insurance in 2000, where they served as an HR Information Manager and later as the Manager of Vendor Management and Compliance Office. In 2010, Hamilton joined Cummins Inc. as the HR Director of Reporting and Analysis, and later became the Director of HR Global Workforce Analytics and Planning. Since 2016, they have been working at Greif as the Vice President of HR Global Operations, where they are responsible for the standardization and harmonization of HR policies and processes, among other duties.

Brian Hamilton obtained their Bachelor of Science in Politics and Government from Illinois State University in 1988. Brian then pursued a Masters in Public Administration from the same university, completing their studies in 1991.
