Lorena Meneses has extensive experience in benefits management and administration. Lorena worked at Grey Group from 2014 to the present, starting as a Benefits Associate and gradually progressing to VP Director of Benefits. Prior to that, they worked at The Children's Village from 2012 to 2014 as an HRIS / Benefits Administrator, responsible for recording and processing employee information and assisting with insurance plan options.
Lorena Meneses earned a BS in Business Administration from Concordia College, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources at Iona University from 2009 to 2012.
