Lisa Neakarse

Lisa attended Illinois State University for two years and transferred to Governor’s State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in school social work.

In her 20-year professional career, Lisa’s roles have centered around cultivating and nurturing relationships, building trust, and making a positive difference. Her genuine ability to focus on values, build rapport, advocate for and respect diversity, and employ a strength-based perspective to support clients formed the foundation of her recruiting career. In her recruiting role with a large executive search firm in Chicago, she was responsible for researching the organizational structure and identifying executives. She aided in the development and analysis of research strategies and contributed to both new business initiatives and search assignments.
