Josh Sokoloff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Josh started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Senior Manager specializing in technology projects for telecom ventures. Josh then moved on to Phoenix Container, where they held roles as Vice President of Operations and later as President. At Phoenix Container, they implemented strategic initiatives to increase service levels, expand into new markets, and improve employee culture.

After their time at Phoenix Container, Josh joined Model N as the Managing Director of Global Customer Services and later as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success. At Model N, they played a crucial role in supporting the company's successful IPO, partnering with the Sales team to convert revenues into subscription fees and restructuring the Services organization to focus on customer success during the transition to a SaaS model.

Josh then joined Sparta Systems, Inc. as the Vice President of Customer Success, where they led the implementation of cloud-based systems and built a customer success team from scratch. Josh also contributed to the company's growth by enabling regulated businesses to safely and efficiently deliver their products to market through enterprise quality management software.

Josh's next move was to MDSL, where they served as the Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, they implemented best practices that significantly improved delivery time and customer satisfaction. Josh also managed a global workforce through the deployment of a professional service automation tool to track performance and ensure high-quality service.

Most recently, Josh joined Greyscale AI as the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Manufacturing and later as the Chief Business Development Officer. Greyscale AI provides innovative inspection solutions for food, beverage, and life sciences providers. In their role, they focused on improving revenue, efficiency, and quality through real-time analytics and drove business growth through national account management and business development strategies.

Josh Sokoloff completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Washington and Lee University from 1991 to 1995. Josh then pursued further education at The Wharton School from 2005 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Operations.
