Luciana Nogueira

Luciana Nogueira is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success at GRI Club since July 2021, where Luciana established the Customer Success department and implemented strategies for member satisfaction and retention. Prior to GRI Club, Luciana held the position of Head of Customer Success at Winnin from October 2017 to July 2021, contributing to the design of the Customer Success department and optimizing customer engagement. Additionally, Luciana served as Head of Operations & Business Development at Winnin and has experience as Sales Director at Endemol Shine Group and Sales and Acquisition Manager at Media Mundi. Luciana holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Management from Ibmec and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism from Estácio.
