Chuck Tsocanos

Chuck Tsocanos has extensive work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Chuck currently serves as the Vice President at Grid Dynamics, where they focus on leading the Cloud and Modern Application Development Practice to drive digital transformation. This includes engaging clients, developing offerings, and overseeing the delivery of key programs.

Prior to their current role, Chuck was the Managing Partner and Head of US Consulting at IBM/Kyndryl. Chuck led the hybrid cloud consulting practice in North America, advising large enterprises on hybrid cloud strategies and quadrupling the size of the practice in two years.

Before that, Chuck was the Practice Leader for Cloud Enablement and Security at Slalom Consulting, where they focused on cloud engineering and architecture capabilities.

Chuck also served as a Technology Strategy Executive at Accenture, leading the cloud go-to-market for Accenture's communications, media, and high tech industry group, and as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they worked on data center, grid, and cloud strategies.

Chuck started their career at Orange Business Services/France Telecom Group as the Managing Director of NA Consulting, where they built and managed the consulting business and launched international unified communications offerings.

At IBM, Chuck held the role of IT Architect & Consulting Competency Leader, leading various e-business, utility, and grid computing initiatives.

Throughout their career, Chuck has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, build successful teams, and deliver high-value solutions to clients.

Chuck Tsocanos has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Chuck later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Pace University from 1998 to 2004. In 2007, Chuck attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance, completing the program in 2009. Additionally, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University in 2004. Chuck also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum.org, obtained in May 2018, and AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, obtained in 2017.
