Dmitry Latnikov

Dmitry Latnikov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dmitry started their career as an engineer at Acoustic Electronic Components Ltd. in 2002, where they worked until 2003. Dmitry then moved on to Microtechnology & Diagnostics Centre of St.Petersburg Electrotechnical University (LETI) as an engineer from 2003 to 2004.

Latnikov joined Elmos in 2004 and held several positions during their tenure. Dmitry started as an engineer, responsible for installing a test laboratory. Dmitry then advanced to become a senior engineer, leading the development group for analogue standard cells. Later, they became a principal engineer, where they developed and supported standard libraries for integrated circuits testing.

In 2013, Latnikov joined Grid Dynamics as a performance QA engineer. Dmitry played a key role in the development of Jagger, a tool for continuous performance testing. Over the years, they took on various delivery management roles, including delivery manager in Mobile, delivery manager in Big Data, delivery director, and director of delivery management for Europe. As of September 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Delivery Operations at Grid Dynamics.

Throughout their career, Latnikov has demonstrated expertise in engineering, development, testing, and delivery management.

Dmitry Latnikov completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" in 2002. Dmitry then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Electronics from the same university between 2002 and 2004.
