Ratmir Panov

Ratmir Panov has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ratmir started their career at MPK Autoshtamp as a Software Engineer in 2003 and worked there until 2004. Ratmir then joined Lialev as Deputy Head of IT in 2008 for a short period of time. In the same year, they joined Grid Dynamics as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Macy's as a Software Engineer and worked there for a year. Ratmir later returned to Grid Dynamics and held various roles, including Client Architect, Senior Delivery Director for Macys.com, VP of Delivery Management, and VP of Business Development and Engineering, Europe. In their current position, Ratmir serves as the VP of Global Delivery Management at Grid Dynamics.

Ratmir Panov received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from Coursera in various subjects, including Scala, website development, mobile cloud computing, entrepreneurship, programming, and more, between the years 2013 and 2016.
