Vivek Melkote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Grid Dynamics, Vivek has previously held positions at Persistent Systems as a Customer Success Partner and at UST Global as both Client Partner and Account Director. Earlier roles include Program Director for Test Process & Delivery at Encore Software Services and Industry Principal for North America at Infosys. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore.
