Paul Heimlicher

Paul Heimlicher has a wealth of experience in various industries, starting with their role as a Regional Sales Manager for various companies in the commercial and industrial sector from 1981 to 2009. In this role, they employed a consultative sales approach and worked with industrial companies in different sectors.

From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Network Allies, LLC, where they managed the manufacturer's representative business group and played a key role in the high-margin application-specific computing integration services business group.

Starting in 2016, Paul joined Omni Navitas as an Executive VP, working on commercial solar development and supporting the company's rapid growth by developing processes and systems in multiple functional areas.

In 2021, they joined MassAmerican Energy, LLC as a Director of Operations, responsible for supporting functional groups with resources and troubleshooting to enhance company efficiency. Paul later became Chief of Staff.

In 2023, they moved to Gridwealth as their Chief of Staff.

Paul Heimlicher has an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
