Richard O'Neill

Richard O'Neill has extensive work experience in the field of management, operations, and sales. Richard began their career in 2009 as an Account Coordinator at Association Management Strategies. In 2013, they moved to AvalonBay Communities, where they held the roles of Sales and Service Supervisor and Community Consultant. In 2015, they began working at Association Management Strategies, Inc. as an Account Executive, and later as a Senior Associate. Richard also held the role of Operations Director at SORPTIVE MINERALS INSTITUTE and GridWise Alliance during this time. In 2016, they joined the U.S. Energy Storage Association (ESA) as their Membership Director, where they were responsible for new member recruitment and member retention initiatives.

Richard O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Towson University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008.
