Ainhoa Alvarez

Ainhoa Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ainhoa started their career in 2015 as an intern at HANSEN & PARTNER. Ainhoa then moved on to AIKO Eventmanufaktur in 2018, where they served as Geschäftsführer for the entire year. In 2019, Ainhoa joined RebellComedy GmbH as an Office-Manager, a role they held until 2020. Ainhoa then worked at Franky's Farm CBD as an Office-Manager for a year. In 2021, Ainhoa joined bike-components, first as an Assistant to the Head of Procurement and later as a Project Manager in People & Culture. Their most recent role is as an Office & Culture Manager at gridX, where they began working in 2023.

Ainhoa Alvarez's education history includes attending my euregio academy from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in International Eventmanagement. Ainhoa also obtained an additional certification, an Ausbilderschein, from IHK in January 2020.
