Daniel Mehren has had work experience at two companies. Daniel started their career at MAN Energy Solutions in 2016, where they worked as a Design Engineer from December 2016 to March 2020. Daniel then became a Product Manager from April 2020 to March 2021, and during that time, they also worked on their Master's thesis. From April 2020 to September 2021, they worked on developing a modular system architecture for P2X plants as part of their Master's thesis. Daniel also completed their Bachelor's thesis on the optimization of geometric product consistency for marine and power engines from June 2019 to October 2019. In 2021, they joined gridX and worked as a Business Development Manager from December 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Support Manager at gridX.

Daniel Mehren completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Augsburg from 2015 to 2019. Daniel then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering at the same university from 2019 to 2022. Concurrently, from 2021 to 2023, they also attended the Technical University of Munich to study Politics & Technology, although the specific degree name is not provided.
