Christian Rath's work experience includes serving as Vice President - Global Manufacturing Services and Vice President - Global Engineering at Griffith Foods. In these roles, they led the technological advancement of food blending processes and successfully transformed Engineering Services. Christian also worked as Acting COO and Board member at Spark Ventures and as Senior Vice President & Head of Applied Engineering at Blumberg Grain, where they led Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects on a global scale. Additionally, Christian Rath served as a Volunteer at Builders International, where they led an engineering team in analyzing earthquake damage and implementing construction engineering best practices. Christian also played a key role in the acquisition and integration of a competing firm while serving as Vice President New Business Development | Director, Global Sales at MonoSol. Prior to that, they built and grew TecnoMec Engineering, a business specializing in plastic extrusion equipment and turnkey engineering projects.
Christian Rath obtained a Doctoral Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with Specialization in International Business & Technology Transfer from Università di Pisa from 1982 to 1993. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, earning a CBMA from the University of Illinois Chicago. In 2022, Christian Rath pursued executive education at Kellogg Executive Education with a focus on Board Governance Family Enterprises.
