Bárbara Drude

Bárbara Drude has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Bárbara started their career as a Legal Intern at Defensoria Pública da União | DPU in 2016, followed by a role as a Legal Intern at Terra Tavares Ferrari Advogados from December 2015 to July 2017. Bárbara then worked as a Legal Intern at FINEP from September to December 2017. Bárbara also gained experience as a Trainee and Legal Intern at CMARTINS Advogados from January to February 2019 and from January to December 2018, respectively.

In 2018, they worked as a Legal Research Assistant at Curso Forum from June 2018 to May 2019. Bárbara then took on a role as a Legal Assistant at Domino's Pizza Brasil from February 2019 to January 2020, where they focused on franchise, lease, and commercial contracts, as well as M&A operations.

Bárbara'snext position was at Americanas S.A, where they worked as a Junior Counsel from January to December 2020. Bárbara handled contract analysis, negotiation, and management for the B2W Digital group. Bárbara then transitioned into the role of Legal Counsel - Contracts, Corporate and New Business from January to June 2021.

Bárbara then joined Nuvemshop as a LATAM Legal Counsel from July 2021 to December 2022, specializing in legal matters across Latin America.

Currently, they are working as a Legal Specialist at Gringo since January 2023.

Bárbara Drude has a diverse education history. Bárbara started their education in 2010 and completed their high school at UERJ in 2012. In 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and also briefly studied History at the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro during the same year. Bárbara graduated from their Law degree in 2018. Additionally, they participated in a summer course on Law at the Justus Liebig University Giessen in 2017.

In terms of certifications, Bárbara obtained the Yellow Belt certification from Evox Company in November 2020. In August 2020, they completed the course "Técnicas de Negociação para Juristas" at the Instituto New Law. Bárbara also obtained certifications in "Prática Contratual" from the Curso CADP in December 2019 and "Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados" from ESA - Escola Superior de Advocacia RJ in October 2019. Furthermore, Bárbara completed the "Prática Societária" course at Curso CADP in July 2019. In terms of language proficiency, they achieved the B2 level in French, certified by the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in July 2021, and the Preliminary English Test (PET) from Cambridge Assessment English Brazil in December 2011. Bárbara's most recent certification is the OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional obtained in October 2022.
