Thom Corrigan

Thom Corrigan, MSW, CMC, serves as the Managing Partner at Mosaic Care Management, LLC since January 2016, focusing on providing resources, oversight, and professional management to clients and families. In addition, Thom has been the Director of Operations at Griswold Home Care since February 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing and sales, client assessments, quality control, supervision of staff, and strategic planning for the home care company servicing the Phoenix metro valley. Thom holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
