Cesar R. Hernandez, MBA, is a seasoned leader in strategy, public affairs, and public relations, serving as Founder and Managing Director at Omni Public® since July 2017, where expertise lies in civic innovation and technology deployment. Additionally, Hernandez founded Publicus, a consulting firm focused on public policy and civic innovation. As the Founder and Chairman of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce, Hernandez promotes diversity in professional services and technology within the region. Other significant roles include serving as a consultant for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Bird, and as Acting President of the Tampa Bay Mobility Alliance. Hernandez's leadership extends to non-profit organizations, holding positions such as Steering Committee President for United Way Suncoast and Board Member at Community Tampa Bay. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and ongoing graduate studies at Brown University, along with various certifications from prestigious institutions.
