Shawn joined GRIT in November 2020 bringing over 20 years of experience with all facets of IT and customer support. Specializing in follow-through and attention to detail, few stones remain unturned in the course of his troubleshooting and resolution process. Shawn is committed to constantly learning and adapting to new technologies and their best-use practices. Outside of his work, Shawn is an avid automotive engineering buff and you will likely find him piloting a vehicle at a local drag strip.
