Alison Bonuccelli

Alison Bonuccelli has over 16 years of experience in human resources, starting as an HR Administrative Coordinator at BBVA Compass in 2005. Alison then moved on to roles such as Benefits Administrator at Heritage Home Healthcare & Hospice in 2009 and Benefits Specialist at the University of Idaho in 2011. Alison currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Gritman Medical Center, where they have been since 2012. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various HR functions, ultimately leading to their current leadership role.

Alison Bonuccelli obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of New Mexico - Robert O. Anderson School of Management in 2004. Alison also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute in 2009 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2015.
