Reena P.

Reena P. has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) strategy, supply chain logistics, and project management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President CMC Strategy, Supply Chain Logistics and Project Management at Gritstone bio, where they are responsible for developing and implementing CMC strategies for mRNA vaccine platforms and managing the supply chain of raw materials. Prior to this role, Reena worked as a Senior Director at Tricida, Inc. and Dermira, Inc., where they led CMC activities for products in various stages of development and oversaw contract manufacturing sites. Reena also worked as a Director at Astellas, where they managed global CMC activities and addressed regulatory deficiencies. Reena began their career as an Assistant Director at Astellas Pharma, supporting clinical trials and global NDA submissions.
