Jhon started their career in 2004 as a Graphic Designer and Web Designer at eNeighborhoods, where they created web-driven marketing solutions for real estate agents. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Citrix Systems as part of the Globalization Team, responsible for organizing and executing quality assurance processes for international web properties. Jhon then served as the Chief Marketing Officer at WebTricity Labs, Inc., managing content marketing and social media campaigns. Jhon also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Quality Importers Trading Company, implementing e-commerce solutions and email campaigns. Jhon later became the E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager at Bemka Corporation, specializing in caviar and fine foods. Currently, they are the VP of Customer Experience & Support at Groove Digital. Throughout their career, Jhon has successfully utilized their creative and analytical skills to create digital marketing solutions, websites, and social media campaigns for various brands.
Jhon Garcia earned a BS in Business Administration from Florida National College in 1998. In 1992-1993, they attended Corporacion Unificada Nacional Para La Educacion Superior (C.U.N) and studied Computer Science, although no degree was obtained. In addition to their educational background, Jhon has obtained several certifications, including Notary Public from the State of Florida in May 2018, Google Adwords Search Certification in August 2016, Google Analytics Certification in February 2016, and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in May 2016.
