Matthew Donaldson

Matthew Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Matthew started their career as a Claims & Actuarial work experience intern at RSA in 2008 before moving on to Canadian Northern Shield as an Infrastructure Support Analyst in 2012. In 2015, they joined FTI Consulting as a Consulting Intern, where they gained experience in Postgres database development and maintenance. In the same year, they also started working at Accenture as a Software Engineering Associate and later transitioned to roles such as Application Development Analyst and Application Development Senior Analyst. At Accenture, Matthew worked on projects in the Financial Services sector, focusing on insurance, banking, and pharmaceutical clients. Starting in 2018, they joined Groundswell Cloud Solutions as a Consultant, progressing to roles such as Senior Functional Consultant and Service Cloud Product Lead. At Groundswell, they gained experience in Salesforce and worked on diverse projects across industries like healthcare, technology, direct selling, home services, and transport. Matthew has obtained several certifications in Salesforce knowledge areas throughout their career.

Matthew Donaldson graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the Dublin Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Leaving Cert at St Andrew's College in Dublin, where they studied from 1998 to 2010.
