Jody Alderman

Jody Alderman has extensive work experience in learning and talent management. Starting as a Performance Consultant at HP in 2000, Jody progressed to roles in curriculum development at AT&T, leadership development at Rollins, Inc., and learning business partnering at Starbucks. Currently, Jody holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Learning & Talent Management at Groundworks since 2023.

Jody Alderman completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Florida State University. Later, Jody pursued a Master of Science in Instructional Systems from the same institution.
