Steve DeWindt

Steve DeWindt has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Steve started their career in 2001 as the Co-founder and President of BlueRoads, a SaaS provider of channel lead management solutions. Steve then served as the Executive Vice President and COO of Celergy Networks, a national provider of infrastructure solutions. Steve later became the Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales at LightPointe, a leading provider of optical wireless solutions.

In 2007, they co-founded Sparxent Inc., a solution provider for mid-market companies, where they served as the President and CEO. Following that, they were the Chairman of OptionEase, a SaaS company providing financial reporting and administration compliance solutions for equity compensation valuation.

Steve's career also includes leadership positions at OptionEase, Solium Capital, and Wayside Technology Group. At Solium Capital, they held the role of Executive Vice President of Solium Institutional Services and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Morgan Stanley. At Wayside Technology Group, Steve worked as the CEO and President, overseeing the wholesale distribution of software to the IT reseller channel.

More recently, Steve worked at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley as the Executive Director, where they led the US public sales team, selling their SaaS product for stock option plan administration to companies across the country. Steve rejoined the company after dealing with medical issues and deciding not to move to New Jersey.

In 2011, Steve became the Chairman and CEO of Group 47 Inc., and they continue to hold this position. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated their ability to lead and develop successful companies, raise funding, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.

Steve DeWindt has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus on Marketing. Steve also holds a BA in Business from Principia College.
